President & CEO

Lorraine began her career in the title industry in 1992 at one of the nation’s largest title agencies. She worked her way through the ranks, beginning in the Application Department and quickly progressing to managing the Closing Desk, Recording Department and Post Closings. Becoming a salesperson was a natural outcome based upon her expertise in all aspects of the business. In 2005 Lorraine saw the opportunity to join Freedom Abstract and took a leap of faith. Lorraine became the sole owner and president of Freedom Abstract in 2007, and has grown the company from a three employee operation to a national title agency that insures over 1 billion dollars of liability annually. Her knowledge of the industry, long standing relationships with the underwriters and keeping a constant finger on the pulse of the market is the foundation of the company’s success.

Freedom Abstract’s success is truly based on the team that surrounds me. We consistently work together as a whole to reach goals that would not have been possible individually.

Chief Operations Officer

Bess began her title career in 1992 as a title coordinator at one of the largest national title agencies in the country. It was there she met Lorraine Lincoln. Bess quickly moved on to be the manager of the production and legal team. Bess has run the gamut between managing the Residential Home Equity Team to being a Commercial National Title Coordinator. Bess has worked for two of the country’s largest underwriters Fidelity National and First American Title Insurance Company. Before joining Freedom Abstract Corp., Bess worked at a commercial title company, as a National Title and Escrow Officer.

Bess joined Lorraine in 2013 to fill the role Chief Operations Officer. She is a licensed title insurance producer in 10 of the States that Freedom Abstract does business. Bess oversees the office production, national title underwriting/ settlement and any escalated matters. You can always depend on Bess to assist you with any title concern you may have. Bess’ many years of experience will result in a knowledgeable and resourceful explanation and /or resolution.

General Counsel

Bianca M. Worden, Esq. joined the Company in September 2020. She is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law in New York City and has been in practice in New York State for over 30 years. She comes to the Company with extensive experience in real estate law including title insurance, mortgage settlement and legal representation of parties in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. She has worked in both private practice firms and title companies. Her experience includes working in the General Counsel’s Office for Sbarro, Inc. with an emphasis in real estate purchase and leasing. She is an accomplished title reader and brings a focused perspective for evaluation and understanding of underwriting industry standards and practices. Her strength in legal research and interpretation as well as her accomplishments in client relations make her tremendous addition to the Freedom Abstract team.

Vice President of Business Development

David’s career began as a Mortgage Banker in 2001 which led to his interest in the title industry. He transitioned to title sales in 2011 and found it to be a perfect fit. David joined Freedom Abstract as a Vice President of Business Development in 2014 and has never looked back. David’s mantra has always been and continues to be “value add,” motivating him to work very closely with his clients to evalulate and understand their needs and then facilitate and cultivate introductions and connections that result in business growth and long lasting professional relationships for all involved. David is reliable, responsible and respected and his hands-on approach and care for his clients is recognized and truly appreciated by all of them.

Director of National Settlement Services and Business Development

Francesco began his settlement career in 2000 working part time for a lender’s attorney while attending St John’s University. It was at that time that Lorraine first recognized his value. After graduating St. John’s with a BA in Computer Science he committed to a full time position with the law firm.

Francesco came to Freedom Abstract first as an independent title and settlement closer in 2005; he then joined Freedom Abstract as the Director of National Settlement Services in 2013. Francesco is highly skilled in all facets of the NY and National settlement process, and is more than committed to making the client and borrower’s experience professional and flawless. His passion for customer service is unmatched; he makes himself continuously available for our clients who span three time zones and work weekends. His customer satisfaction surveys are always exemplary which is evidenced by the constant recognition from our lender clients. Francesco has played an integral part in our national expansion.

Vice President of Business Development

Craig is a seasoned sales professional with over 25 years of experience in relationship building and networking. His long standing relationship with his clients is based on 6 basic principles: honesty, integrity, accessibility, responsiveness, hard-work, and follow up. Craig continues to create and maintain a synergy among his clients which is a necessity in order to grow their respective businesses.

We all have different measures of success in life; mine happens to be measured on the longevity of relationships and the value that my relationship has to others.
